We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Shilpy Architects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising interior works on-site, ensuring quality execution as per drawings, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects
  • Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers
  • Monitor material usage and site progress
  • Prepare daily/weekly site reports
  • Maintain safety and discipline on-site

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in interior site supervision
  • Knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution details
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior/Architecture (preferred)
