Position: Bullion Operator

Locations: Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 years

Industry: Bullion / Precious Metals / FinTech / Trading Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bullion operations, including order processing, system entries, and transaction tracking.
• Manage purchase, sale, and transfer of bullion as per company procedures.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all bullion movements and maintain compliance with internal policies.
• Coordinate with the dealing desk, operations team, and accounts for timely execution of trades.
• Monitor inventory, reconcile stock, and maintain updated records at all times.
• Assist in validating rates, verifying purity, and ensuring correct product handling.
• Support KYC/AML processes for bullion transactions as needed.
• Provide updates to management on daily operations, discrepancies, or operational risks.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and process discipline.
• Coordinate with branch teams for queries related to orders, deliveries, and settlements.

Required Skills

• Experience in bullion operations, precious metal trading, or related back-office operations (preferred).
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Understanding of bullion rates, purity, trading terms, and basic compliance guidelines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under time-sensitive operational cycles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
