Position Youtube Production Specialist

Experience: 1 Year

Location: Noida, Sector 3

Work Mode: Work from Office

CTC: 45 k pm

Key responsibilities

  • Production management:
     Oversee the entire video production lifecycle, including pre-production (planning, scripting, scheduling) and production (filming, directing).
  • Post-production:
     Manage post-production tasks like editing, sound design, color correction, and the integration of graphics and visual effects.
  • Team and resource coordination:
     Manage production teams, including internal staff and external vendors, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Scheduling and logistics:
     Develop and manage production schedules, coordinate logistics like locations and equipment, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Budget management:
     Manage production budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Quality control:
     Ensure all videos meet the channel's quality standards and are in compliance with YouTube's community guidelines and copyright policies.
  • Content optimization:
     Work on optimizing videos for YouTube search and discovery, which includes managing titles, tags, descriptions, and thumbnails.
  • Performance tracking:
     Track project progress, identify and resolve production bottlenecks, and provide regular status reports to management.
  • Continuous improvement:
     Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project workflows.
