We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced
BDE
s who can bring strong sales expertise, strategic thinking, and proven experience in closing IT development projects.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager who can generate leads, close deals, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our international business pipeline.
You MUST have experience selling IT services, mobile app development, or software development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Research
- Identify and target potential clients in US, UK, Europe, and UAE.
- Focus on industries such as:
- Healthcare, E-commerce, EdTech, FinTech, Hospitality, Enterprise SaaS, Real Estate, Logistics.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, Clutch, and email tools for prospecting.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of warm & cold leads.
Outreach & Communication
- Execute structured outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
- Craft professional, personalized messages tailored to decision-makers.
- Conduct 1–1 conversations with founders, CTOs, PMs, CEOs, and business owners.
- Run multi-step follow-up sequences to convert prospects into meetings.
Requirement Gathering & Sales Pitching
- Lead the initial requirement discussion with clients.
- Understand client needs, challenges, budgets, and technical goals.
- Present Ideal e Designs' service offerings clearly and confidently.
- Create requirement summaries and documentation after meetings.
Proposal & Deal Closure
- Collaborate with tech and design teams to prepare proposals, timelines, and pricing.
- Present proposals to clients, negotiate scope & pricing, and close projects.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle until contract signing.
- Track all deals using CRM / internal systems.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities (new features, maintenance, additional services).
- Ensure smooth handover to project/technical teams post-closure.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Meet KPIs related to leads, meetings, conversions, and revenue.
- Participate in weekly sales review meetings.
- Suggest improvements in sales strategy based on market trends.
Required skills & Qualificaitons
- Minimum 2 to 8 years of experience in IT sales (mandatory).
- Strong experience selling mobile apps, web apps, SaaS, CRM, ERP, custom software development.
- Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of software development cycles and costing models.
- Experience handling US/UK/Europe clients is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in tools like CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, etc.

- Qualified leads generated weekly
- Meetings booked with decision-makers
- Deals closed per month/quarter
- Revenue generated
- Proposal-to-close ratio
- Response rate on outreach
- Accuracy in CRM & reporting
Targets & Expections
- Generate consistent international meetings (5–15 per week depending on seniority).
- Close 2–6 projects per month (based on deal size, experience & seniority).
- Maintain healthy monthly sales pipeline.
Compensation
For BDE (2–4 yrs):
- Higher base salary
- Attractive commission & quarterly bonuses

Earning Potential: High-performing BDEs can earn ₹30,000 – ₹2 Lakhs+ per month including incentives.
