We are looking for a creative, culturally aware Social Media Copywriter who can turn complex ideas into simple, engaging, and memorable content. If you enjoy crafting hooks that stop the scroll, writing in a crisp and human tone, and shaping brand communication across diverse digital platforms, this role is for you. You will play a key part in defining how the brand shows up on social channels and internal platforms by producing copy that sparks conversations and leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write compelling headlines, captions, and short-form copy for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • Develop hooks and messaging that drive engagement, comments, shares, and saves.
  • Create internal communication content that is relatable, easy to consume, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Maintain a consistent and fresh tone across all communication touchpoints.
  • Ensure messaging adheres to brand guidelines while keeping copy lively and human.
  • Contribute to campaign ideas and creative concepts in collaboration with designers and strategists.
  • Translate business updates and technical information into clear, simple language.
  • Apply SEO best practices where relevant for digital writing.
  • Build and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of copy for all platforms.
  • Review performance insights and refine content based on engagement trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media or digital writing.
  • Strong command over short-form and long-form copy with a flair for creativity.
  • Word-obsessed, trend-aware, and deeply plugged into digital culture.
  • Ability to write crisp, clear, scroll-stopping content.
  • Experience with SEO principles and content calendars.
  • Proactive and restless about pushing ideas further.
  • Strong collaboration skills with designers, brand managers, and internal stakeholders.
