Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the QSR outlet.
  • Manage and train store team members.
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are always maintained.
  • Handle customer feedback and provide excellent service.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
  • Monitor sales, expenses, and store performance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline inside the store.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and update management.
  • Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and delivery teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in QSR / restaurant / retail operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of customer service and team management.
  • Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and POS systems.
  • Willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays if needed.
