Responsibilities
  • Generating qualified leads and building strong business opportunities by networking with embassies, HNIs, expatriates, and residential developers to drive leasing growth.
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships throughout the residential leasing cycle, ensuring smooth coordination from initial enquiry to final closure, while delivering a superior client experience.
  • Conducting detailed property visits, facilitating negotiations between landlords and tenants, and preparing lease agreements and related documentation to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Researching and analysing residential market trends, competitor activities, and rental data to provide clients with accurate and competitive insights for informed decision-making.
  • Creating impactful marketing collaterals such as brochures, mailers, and online listings, while maintaining updated MIS, trackers, and reports to monitor leads, client visits, and closures effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree with 24 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of residential leasing, negotiations, and property market dynamics.
  • Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle documentation, reporting, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
