The Role

Do you want to be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions? Within our Network Services team at Kyndryl, you will be the go-to expert for providing top-of-the-line technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring that our customers have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs. 

Your skills in routers, networking controllers, bridges, and networking software will be essential as you troubleshoot network issues and coordinate with vendors to install the latest hardware and software, such as routers and switches. Not only will you help keep our customer's networks running smoothly, but you will also work on project implementation, conduct project planning and cost analysis, and build proof-of-concept solutions with networking system technology.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to review project requirements, communicate them accurately to the team, and ensure they are appropriately fulfilled. You will use your expertise to design and implement local and wide-area network solutions, including IP and VOIP, that address customer requirements. You will also provide high-quality technical solutions to our customers to prepare them for implementation, go-live, and maintenance.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8 - 10 years of experience in Level 3 Voice Services for the Dow Account (Webex Calling Enterprise, Webex Contact Center Services, On Premise VoIP support),

• Steady State support in the following :

  • Perform call routing, site builds, application maintenance, remote access, voicemail access, paging access

  • Voice Incident escalation beyond level 2 scope of support

  • Troubleshooting, Advanced Voice Call Support

  • Multiple user incidents (P1s, P2s in the environment)

  • Development of Root cause analysis for all priority tickets

• New Project Delivery for voice projects in the customer environment

• Advanced IMACs (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) to the Phone environment in the voice space

• Resolve Device issues (Voice Gateways, Digital Gateways, Utility Clusters, Call Managers, Attendant consoles, all voice hardware/software)

• System Maintenance / Upgrades for voice hardware / software

• 3rd party Application support in the voice environment (CUAC, Singlewire, ZIRO issues, Variphy issues)

• Monitoring of the voice hardware / software environment

• Knowledge of MS Teams Administration include users, DID, SIP Trunk, Auto Attendants queue and call routing operations. 

• Managing Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) objects (users, groups, roles), role-based access control (RBAC), subscriptions and governance via policies and blueprints, manage data in Azure Storage,

• New Migration Evaluations, High Level Design and Documentation, Local and Federal regulation compliance including 911 ( Intrado) services and UCMC Migration skills.

Preferred Skills and Experience 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
