Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in South Delhi. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, maintaining store inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves working to meet sales targets, assisting with visual merchandising, and participating in promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer engagement and sales skills
  • Inventory management and store upkeep skills
  • Understanding of visual merchandising and promotional activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Prior experience in retail or sales is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
