Position: Lead (Mobile Banking)

Location: Mumbai, Dadar (In-office)

Experience: 7-10 years total backend development, with 3+ years in a lead role.

Specific Requirement: Proven experience on a maximum of 3 mobile banking projects is a must.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, plus alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers.
  • Architect and build secure, scalable backend systems for mobile banking apps.
  • Oversee the full development lifecycle, including code reviews and performance tuning.
  • Ensure adherence to high standards for code quality and security, especially in the financial domain.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and stay updated on new technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years experience with expertise in , JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like
  • Deep knowledge of backend security best practices for financial applications.
  • Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and both SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
