Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Sales Marketing at Jay Boxes in Ahmedabad. The role involves overseeing all sales and marketing activities, developing strategies to increase revenue, managing the sales team, and collaborating with the marketing department to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing techniques
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
