Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and administrative tasks, coupled with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to employee records, attendance, and payroll.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Provide support in employee relations and address any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Organize and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
