Qualifications: MBA, MCom, or MSc
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and administrative tasks, coupled with excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Handle various administrative tasks related to employee records, attendance, and payroll.
- Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Provide support in employee relations and address any issues or concerns that arise.
- Organize and coordinate training and development programs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
