**Job Title**: Talent Acquisition Executive

**Location**: Ranchi-Piska More
Salary-35K to 40K
**Working Days**: 5 Days a Week (Work from Office)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and prepare detailed job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill manpower requirements within deadlines.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- **3-5 years of proven experience** in Talent Acquisition, preferably in **B2B, B2C, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing sectors.**:

- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
