Knowledge of insurance workflows, terminologies, and compliance norms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Knowledge and Expertise in Insurance Domain
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international insurance clients (e.g., Health, Life, or Property & Casualty insurance).
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Perform policy servicing tasks such as policy updates, renewals, endorsements, and cancelations.
Process claims-related inquiries.
Adhere to compliance, quality, and security guidelines of the insurance process and client SLA.
Record and document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Escalate complex queries or issues to higher levels when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
Support process improvement initiatives and participate in team meetings or calibration sessions Location :
