Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational functions. The role involves managing data, processing documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work accurately under deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update databases, records, and files accurately.
- Process documentation, forms, applications, and reports.
- Handle data entry and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support front-office and management staff with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage communications such as emails, phone calls, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform basic accounting, billing, and inventory management tasks (if required).
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and administrative procedures is a plus.
