Flexo Operator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints on various materials such as paper, plastic, and textiles.
• Ensure accurate color matching and registration of colors across different print jobs.
• Monitor and control the quality of printed products to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve issues related to printing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in flexography or similar field (packaging industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of woven sack production process including stacking, folding, cutting, and packaging operations.
• Proficiency in operating flexo printing machines with ability to adjust settings for different material types and print jobs.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to maintain accuracy during printing processes.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while meeting quality standards.
