Job Role Plant Head

We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to oversee the end-to-end operations of our poly packaging plant. The Plant Head will be responsible for production, quality, maintenance, safety, manpower management, and cost control to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage plant operations across woven sack & laminated packaging divisions.
  • Ensure achievement of production targets with high efficiency and minimal downtime.
  • Implement quality control measures to reduce rejections & customer complaints.
  • Oversee preventive & breakdown maintenance of all machinery.
  • Drive cost optimization & wastage reduction.
  • Build, train, and motivate teams across Production, QC, Maintenance, and Logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with BRCG, ISO, and safety standards.

Coordinate with Sales, PPC, and Dispatch teams for smooth deliveries Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • 12+ years of experience in Woven Sack / Flexible Packaging Industry.
  • Strong expertise in ROTO, Flexo Printing, Solventless Lamination, Blown Film, Pouching & BCS Liner machines.
  • Proven leadership skills in managing a workforce of 200+ employees.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and 5S practices.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
