Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer relations, and support business growth. The role requires good communication skills, a polite attitude, and the ability to achieve call targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate leads.
  • Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain call records and update databases.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and closure.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets as assigned.

Requirements

  • Good verbal communication skills (Hindi required, English preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Confident, polite, and customer-friendly personality.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing will be an added advantage.
