Creative Social Media ManagerPosition Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Creative Social Media Manager who can ideate, create, and execute innovative marketing strategies across all digital platforms. This role involves developing unique content ideas, writing high-quality copy, preparing scripts for videos, and ensuring strong engagement on all social media channels. The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a marketer who understands how to grow a brand through creative content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop innovative marketing concepts, campaign ideas, and storytelling angles.
  • Create monthly and weekly content strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Brainstorm fresh ideas for engagement, virality, trend participation, and brand positioning.
  • Propose new content formats (reels, motion graphics, UGC-style, infotainment videos, etc.).

2. Content Creation & Writing

  • Write compelling captions, posts, ad copy, and long-form content.
  • Prepare scripts for reels, ads, educational videos, storytelling videos, etc.
  • Collaborate with designers, editors, photographers, and videographers for creative execution.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience interaction.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Handle all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Threads, Pinterest, and more.
  • Optimize posts for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Track insights, engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports.
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve results.

5. Brand Building

  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across all content.
  • Create social-first ideas that strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.
  • Engage with online communities, influencers, and potential partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Creative Strategist, or Content Creator.
  • Strong creative thinking + trend awareness.
  • Excellent content writing & storytelling skills.
  • Ability to prepare professional scripts for short-form and long-form videos.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Suite (optional).
  • Good understanding of social media algorithms and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills and time management.
