Roles & Responsibilities

Independently responsible for managing all assigned cases (especially execution suits);

Ensuring court dates are adhered to; timely filing of documents;

Filing of FIRs and maintaining office records pertaining to the same.

  • Drafting and finalizing of legal notices, demand letters, and reply to legal notices.
  • Drafting and vetting of service agreements, lease agreements, Infrastructure rental agreements, franchise agreements, Tripartite Agreements, Consultancy Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and several other types of agreements as per business requirement.
  • Assisting business development team during commercial negotiations in transactions the Company proposes to enter into and advising on the legal structure of transaction.
  • Representing the company and arguing various matters at High Courts and District Courts and assist in strategizing the companys position for various matters on the assigned cases.
  • Independently handling matters on Intellectual Property pertaining to renewal, filing of objection, and attending of hearing related to Trademarks.
  • Providing timely and correct advice to different departments of the Company on concerns/queries having a legal impact.
  • Handling legal operations which involves task of checking the cause lists pertaining to the ongoing matters; maintaining knowledge repository for any recent update on various laws, regulations & ordinances; ensuring timely processing of external counsels; and actively involved in organizing & handling various client conferences.
