We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves comprehensive management of our online presence, marketplace operations, and digital marketing initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to work across various aspects of e-commerce business in a collaborative startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Marketplace Management: Handle product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and company websites (Woocommerce - Wordpress)

  • Digital Marketing: Run SEO campaigns, social media management, and online advertising

  • Photography: Shoot and edit product images for online platforms

  • Operations: Support in day to day operations of the company.

Tools You'll Use

  • Helium 10, Jungle Scout (Amazon optimization)

  • Canva (design), EasyEcom (inventory)

  • WordPress, keyword research tools

What We Need

  • Must Have: 1+ years e-commerce experience, Amazon/Flipkart knowledge

  • Preferred: Product photography skills, digital marketing experience

  • Skills: SEO, social media, basic HTML/CSS, problem-solving abilities, enthusiasm
