GammaStack - Developer - Redux-Saga

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using React (v18 & v19) and React Native (CLI & Expo).
- Design high-performance, modular frontend architecture with focus on optimization.
- Work with state management libraries including Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, RTK Query, and React Query.
- Manage app distribution processes for Play Store & App Store (build, signing, submission, and compliance).
- Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Engage with clients for requirement gathering, technical consultation, and solutioning.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of coding and documentation.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across devices and platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile/Scrum environments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong expertise in React and React Native.
- Hands-on experience with app deployment on Play Store and App Store.
- Proven ability to mentor team members and contribute to collaborative development.
- Excellent client-facing communication and consultation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of code quality, optimization, and debugging techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and teamwork best practices
