Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable applications using React (v18 & v19) and React Native (CLI & Expo).
  • Design high-performance, modular frontend architecture with focus on optimization.
  • Work with state management libraries including Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, RTK Query, and React Query.
  • Manage app distribution processes for Play Store & App Store (build, signing, submission, and compliance).
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Engage with clients for requirement gathering, technical consultation, and solutioning.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards of coding and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across devices and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong expertise in React and React Native.
  • Hands-on experience with app deployment on Play Store and App Store.
  • Proven ability to mentor team members and contribute to collaborative development.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and consultation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of code quality, optimization, and debugging techniques.
