Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Manager to manage properties for sale and rental. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to handle property listings, client interactions, and deal closures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and list properties for sale and rent.
  • Handle property inquiries from clients and provide accurate details.
  • Conduct market research to determine competitive property pricing.
  • Negotiate rental and sale agreements with clients.
  • Maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and buyers.
  • Manage property documentation, agreements, and legal formalities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote property listings.
  • Ensure timely rent collection and handle tenant-related concerns.
  • Conduct property inspections and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Stay updated with real estate trends, laws, and market conditions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-6 years in real estate sales, rentals, or property management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property listing platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and clients efficiently.
  • Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.
