About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated LinkedIn Bidder / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, identifying potential clients, and bidding on LinkedIn and other freelancing platforms to bring in projects for web development, software, mobile apps, and digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and bid for new business opportunities on LinkedIn, and other freelancing portals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by communicating effectively and understanding project requirements.
- Write compelling proposals, cover letters, and pitch decks to convert leads into successful projects.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper understanding of client requirements and timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets for revenue and client acquisition.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (1–3 years) as a LinkedIn Bidder / BDE in an IT services company.
- Strong knowledge of online bidding portals (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to draft professional business proposals and client communication.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Digital Marketing, Software Solutions, etc.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
