About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Channel Partner Sourcing & Closing Agent to drive residential sales transactions in the East Pune micro-market. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing and closing capabilities, excellent channel partner relationships, local market knowledge, and a proven track record of converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to drive consistent lead flow and sales conversions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from sourcing to closure, including client engagement, site visits, negotiations, documentation, and handover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, clients, and developers.
  • Drive conversion of sourced leads into bookings while ensuring a superior client experience.
  • Conduct product trainings and regular engagement activities with channel partners to enhance productivity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, CRM, operations) to ensure smooth transaction completion.
  • Track and report sales and sourcing performance metrics against targets.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, competing projects, channel partner networks, and pricing dynamics.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 36 years in real estate sales with at least 2 years in channel partner management, sourcing, and closing roles, preferably in East Pune micro-markets.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Education:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
