Panacea Direct Inc. is growing We're looking for experienced Senior US IT Recruiters skilled in permanent, contract, leadership, and niche product hiring. If you excel in sourcing top tech talent, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

· Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment

· Source and close candidates for leadership and niche roles

· Partner with delivery teams and hiring managers

· Maintain a strong talent pipeline

· Manage negotiations and onboarding

Requirements:

· 5+ years in US IT staffing (Contract & Full-Time)

· Familiar with W2, C2C, 1099 & US hiring practices

· Strong in sourcing, headhunting, and leadership hiring

· Excellent communication & relationship skills
