Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Lastmile Executive role based in Chennai. The responsibilities include managing final-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. The role also involves maintaining optimal logistics processes, engaging with delivery partners, supervising transportation schedules, ensuring adherence to quality and delivery standards, and resolving logistical challenges swiftly to ensure customer satisfaction. Regular communication with stakeholders to monitor shipments and improve supply chain efficiency is also essential.

Qualifications

• Strong logistics and supply chain management skills, including route optimization, fleet coordination, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address delivery and operational challenges in high-pressure scenarios.
• Proficient in using logistics and fleet management software and tools.
• High attention to detail to ensure adherence to quality and timely delivery standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in last-mile delivery operations or similar roles is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible hours if required to meet operational demands.
