Professional- Quality Assurance Engineering

Job Posting Title - Quality Assurance Engineering, Professional

Job Summary:

This position requires working closely with the Business Unit (BU) to understand the requirements, prepare Test Scenarios, Test cases/Test Scripts and Execute the Test cases/Test Scripts. Should be capable to support Go-Live and Post-Production events.

Job Description

  • 3-6 years of experience in software testing
  • Basic SQL & Product Installation knowledge
  • Experience in Automation (Java and Selenium) Required Skills
  • Good knowledge of SDLC and QA practices and Hands-on exposure
  • Exposure to Online Banking Domain
  • Hands-on in functional, regression, Automation Testing
  • Exposure to QA tools (Bug Tracking, Test Management, Script Management, etc)
  • Experience on creating test cases, test scripts and execute them
  • Exposure to Metrics (Defect, Test Execution), status reports and exit reports

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline preferred

Certification:

  • ISTQB Foundation
