• Hands-on expertise in Reltio MDM, particularly in monitoring data loads and

troubleshooting rule/configuration issues.


• Advanced SQL skills, especially in analyzing and optimizing complex queries used in

production pipelines.


• Proficient in Python and Shell scripting for automation of Ops-related tasks and log

analysis.


• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.


• Partner with IT teams and external vendors for data integration.


• Strong working knowledge of AWS services including EMR, S3, and Cloudgate, with a

focus on system monitoring and recovery.


• Experience with data orchestration tools such as Zaidyn or equivalent.


• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and

implement long-term fixes.


• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional and client-facing

environments.


• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks
