Job Title - Project Manager / Project Coordinator

Location - Projects across India (candidate must be willing to travel extensively)

Contact

Experience - 5–8 years in project execution within heavy engineering / fabrication / turnkey projects (preferably in industrial equipment, pollution control systems, or EPC projects).

Gender Preference - Male

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial projects from kick-off to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Manage site activities, including erection, installation, and commissioning of pollution control equipment.
  • Work closely withwith clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve project-related issues.
  • Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines; prepare and present progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards at all project sites.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and workers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project planning and execution skills.
  • Knowledge of fabrication, erection, and installation processes.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-location projects.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD (preferred).

Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
  • PMP (Project management professional) certification will be an added advantage.

Compensation

Competitive salary with allowances for travel and site postings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹ ₹40,000.00 per month
