Job Description:

engineer required for project-specific technical design collab & implementations. they can use AI / cursor to setup majority of the app & are recommended to do so but code quality will be reviewed & needs to be decent quality. they will be building fullstack apps, researching AI frameworks & integrating them into the apps.

Who are we looking for?

  • Skilled, AI-Native Developer: You don't just code, you know how to leverage AI tools (like
    Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc
    .) to build faster. You should be able to code & troubleshoot alongside these tools effectively.
  • Code Quality Guardian: While you use AI to speed up boilerplate and logic generation, you have the deep technical understanding to review, debug, and optimize that code to ensure it meets enterprise-grade quality standards.
  • Technical Design Researcher: You can take a high-level problem, independently research the latest AI / software frameworks or libraries required to solve it, and implement the solution without needing hand-holding.
  • Full-Stack Proficiency: You are comfortable setting up and managing between frontend interfaces, backend logic, databases and AI systems.
  • Strong Communicator: You can collaborate effectively on technical designs, explain complex integration challenges and timelines clearly.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Developing full-stack applications that serve our client's AI solution needs.
  • Software Engineer (Full-stack, AI Integrations) 1
  • Actively research most effective AI tools, agents, and frameworks for specific projects and then develop them into full-stack applications (typically web).
  • Working with founders to convert project requirements into technical architecture and actionable engineering tasks.
  • Deploy projects at a high-velocity by utilizing AI coding assistants to set up the majority of application logic and structure rapidly.
  • Reviewing, troubleshooting and assuring code quality to ensure the codebase is secure, efficient, and maintainable before deployment.

Technologies Required

  • Core Stack: Strong experience with modern full-stack frameworks (e.g., for frontend; or Python/FastAPI for backend).
  • AI Tools: Proficiency with AI-assisted development environments (specifically Claude Code or Cursor) and LLM assistants for daily use.
  • AI Integrations: Experience working with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, LangChain, or similar orchestration frameworks.
  • Database: Experience with SQL (Postgres), NoSQL/Vector, Document store (S3) databases.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
