Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Marketing professional to lead the go-to-market strategy, drive feature adoption, and position our products effectively in the market. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Success teams to craft compelling messaging, create impactful marketing assets, and enable sales teams with the tools they need to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Plan and execute product launches, new feature rollouts, and upgrades.
  • Develop market positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation.

Sales Enablement

  • Create pitch decks, battle cards, demo scripts, and ROI calculators for sales teams.
  • Train the sales and customer success teams on new features and value propositions.

Customer Insights & Research

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews.
  • Use insights to refine product messaging and marketing strategies.

Content Creation

  • Develop product videos, blog posts, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Write engaging copy for websites, campaigns, and email marketing.

Campaign Management

  • Work with digital marketing to run product-specific campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance and measure ROI.

Feature Adoption & Engagement

  • Drive awareness and adoption of new modules among existing customers.
  • Create customer education materials such as user guides and webinars.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in SaaS or B2B domains.
  • Proven track record of executing GTM plans and increasing feature adoption.

KPIs

  • Increase in product adoption rate.
  • Number of successful feature/module launches.
  • Sales enablement asset usage rate.
  • Lead-to-deal conversion from product marketing campaigns.
