Why this role exists :

We are looking for a skilled Data Annotator (Quality & Insights) to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge machine learning and AI projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience annotating various data formats including text, images, videos, and 3D lidar data. Your work will play a critical role in training high-performance AI models across different marketing models

What you'll do :

- Label model outputs across marketing tasks using clear, evolving policies.

- Eliminate hallucinations consistently and accurately; provide short, client-safe reasons with evidence, and ensure zero misses for client- facing datasets.

- Articulate issues clearly : write crisp notes that another reviewer can reproduce.

- Extend taxonomies : propose/standardize new labels when gaps appear; define inclusion/exclusion rules and examples.

- Pattern discovery : surface frequent failure themes (counts, examples) and propose next actions for PM/Eng.

- Judgment on edge cases : make defensible calls; log decisions to set future precedent; learn quickly and adapt to fast changes in a startup environment.

- Client data pipelines end- to- end and adapt quickly to new pipelines with minimal supervision (label - review - prioritise).

You're a great fit if you :

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in data annotation across image, video, and/or text datasets.

- Solid understanding of various annotation techniques : bounding boxes, segmentation, polygonal labeling, keypoint annotation, etc.

- Strong proficiency with annotation techniques like interpolation and object tracking. Experience working on complex annotation tasks including 3D lidar labeling.

- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing and speaking)

- Have basic marketing literacy (funnels, positioning, USP, conversion intent)-or strong curiosity to learn.

- See and visualize patterns; comfortable counting/ratios to support claims.

- Make sound judgment on ambiguous/edge cases and document your reasoning.

- Ability to follow complex project guidelines with a high level of attention to detail.

- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
