Tirunelveli Cluster : Kulasekaram, Palayamkottai, Ambasamudram, Alangulam, Puliankudi

Criteria: Candidates having minimum 1 year of experience in Gold Loan

Job Description

- Evaluate gold purity and weight to determine loan eligibility.

- Process gold loan applications and maintain accurate records.

- Ensure proper documentation and KYC compliance.

- Manage daily transactions including disbursals and collections.

- Promote gold loan products and achieve assigned targets.

- Ensure safe custody of pledged gold.

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.

- Assist in audits and adhere to company policies and RBI guidelines.
