You need to be a HODLer of these

• 10+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Proven experience in building Internal Developer Platforms or developer productivity tooling.
• Expertise with cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, containers, service mesh).
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Strong understanding of security, compliance automation, and observability in large-scale systems.
• Experience building scalable platforms for organizations with 100+ engineers.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with engineering, product, and leadership teams.

You will be mining through these tasks

• Platform Vision & Strategy: Define and evolve the internal developer platform to improve developer experience, system reliability, and delivery speed.
• Developer Experience (DevEx): Build and maintain self-service tools, internal portals, and automation frameworks that empower teams to manage their services independently.
• CI/CD & Environment Automation: Establish standardized CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, and infrastructure automation at scale.
• Security & Compliance Automation: Integrate security best practices, scanning tools, and compliance workflows into the development lifecycle.
• Observability & Incident Management: Deliver unified observability, alerting, and incident management solutions to improve operational visibility and resilience.
• Cost & Resource Optimization: Build platforms and tools for cost tracking, forecasting, and optimization of infrastructure usage.
• Networking & Service Management: Implement scalable service-to-service networking, traffic management, and service mesh capabilities.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide platform engineering initiatives, mentor team members, and drive cross-functional alignment with stakeholders.
