We're looking for a
Customer Experience Associate
who's empathetic, proactive, and passionate about helping customers. You'll be the
frontline voice
of a fast-growing
Ayurveda & wellness D2C brand
, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, insightful, and delight-driven.
This is not your typical customer support role — you'll handle
end-to-end customer journeys
, coordinate
Ayurvedic doctor consultations
, and use
AI + CRM tools
to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries via
email, WhatsApp, website chat, and social media
. - Resolve order, delivery, and refund issues with empathy and speed.
- Coordinate online
Ayurvedic doctor consultations
and follow-ups. - Build long-term relationships with customers to drive loyalty & referrals.
- Use
CX automation and CRM tools
(Freshdesk, Gorgias, Intercom, HubSpot). - Identify feedback trends and suggest improvements to the leadership team.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in
Customer Support / D2C / E-commerce / Wellness
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Strong ownership mindset with attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with
CRM, AI, and ticketing tools
.
Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure.
Nice to Have
- Experience in
Ayurveda, beauty, wellness, or healthcare
brands. - Exposure to
international (US/UK)
customer bases. - Worked in
early-stage startup environments
.
