- Excellent at managing relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

- Detail-oriented, able to track multiple tasks and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and juggling priorities.
What Youll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact between team members and Management, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
- Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across different teams to ensure process efficiency.
- Maintain records of communications, team requirements, and project updates.
- Track and escalate issues or delays, ensuring they are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Support management in reporting and process documentation to improve workflow.
- Facilitate regular updates with internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must know advance excel.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Zoho, or project management software.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer/client-first approach.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in coordination, client servicing, or operations.
