Job Title: Retail Outlet In charge & Sales Executive (Auto Parts Division)

Department: Retail Sales & Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage our retail auto parts outlet and drive sales performance. The Retail Outlet In charge & Sales Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, handling customer sales, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales and profitability targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in automotive spare parts, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage both operations and sales efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

  • Attend to walk-in customers and assist them in selecting appropriate auto parts and accessories.
  • Generate sales, achieve monthly and annual targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate product information, quotations, and billing support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, workshops, and mechanics.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Outlet Operations:

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the retail outlet, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervise sales and store staff, monitor attendance, and ensure team productivity.
  • Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
  • Maintain proper store hygiene, display arrangements, and branding standards.
  • Inventory & Stock Management:
  • Monitor stock levels, identify fast- and slow-moving items, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock ordering and delivery.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain accurate records in ERP or POS systems.
  • Ensure all parts are labeled, organized, and stored properly to minimize losses or damage.
  • Marketing & Business Development:
  • Execute promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor pricing, and customer trends.
  • Suggest new product introductions and marketing strategies to increase footfall and sales.
