Experience: 3+ years in EAF operations & steel melting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor Electric Arc Furnace for steel melting and casting
  • Maintain temperature control, charge composition, and power settings for steel production
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure furnace efficiency
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance teams
  • Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma / ITI in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience in EAF operations and steel melting processes
  • Knowledge of refractory maintenance and electrode management
  • Strong understanding of foundry safety standards
