Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-oriented Female Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bhiwadi. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a willingness to learn. Freshers who are passionate about sales and building a career in real estate are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct site visits, explain project features, and guide customers through the sales process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Follow up on leads received through marketing campaigns, calls, and walk-ins.
  • Maintain sales reports, customer data, and daily activity updates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Age below 30 years (preferred)
  • Minimum 10th pass
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable personality with confidence
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to learn
  • Basic understanding of real estate (not mandatory)
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and site visits

Salary & Benefits:
