Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
 - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
 
Sales & Revenue:
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling.
 - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
 
Client Strategy & Insights:
- Understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
 - Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
 
Coordination & Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to deliver on client expectations.
 - Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations.
 
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain account data, sales reports, and client communication in CRM tools.
 - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance.
 
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.
 - Analytical skills to identify client needs and propose solutions.
 - Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts.
 - Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
