Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.

Sales & Revenue:

  • Identify growth opportunities within key accounts to drive upselling and cross-selling.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Client Strategy & Insights:

  • Understand client business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct regular client reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify improvement areas.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, product) to deliver on client expectations.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain account data, sales reports, and client communication in CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales acumen with a customer-focused approach.
  • Analytical skills to identify client needs and propose solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
