Role & responsibilities

  • Understand the objectives, responsibilities, and mission of the Production department and work towards those goals.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities; adapt for changing conditions.
  • CAM programming of patient specific implants.
  • Process development, continuous improvements, and lean manufacturing.
  • Assure compliance with the requirements set forth by US FDA QSR and ISO regulations.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Candidate must have experience in MasterCAM software.
  • Able to work accurately in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor own work to ensure quality, accuracy, and thoroughness.
  • Able to work in any shift as requested by management
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Extensive experience in CNC CAD/CAM programming.
  • Understanding of GMP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated English reading and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.

Education and Experience:

  • Strong computer skills.
  • Experience with Mastercam or other CNC CAD/CAM programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Certificate or Associate in CAD preferred.
  • Medical Device/GMP experience preferred.
  • Advanced CAD SolidWorks experience preferred.
