  • We are looking for a social media Paid Ads Specialist with proven expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads to drive lead generation, merchant acquisition, and brand visibility in the fintech and payment gateway domain. The role requires strong knowledge of digital payments, UPI, card processing, and BFSI marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Run lead generation & performance marketing campaigns for fintech/payment gateway products.
  • Create and manage target audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Write and test ad copies, creatives, and landing page funnels to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Monitor KPIs CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC, LTV and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and design teams for integrated digital strategies.
  • Stay updated with social media ad policies (RBI/BFSI compliance) and fintech trends.

Desired profile of the candidate : -

  • 3-6 years of paid social media experience, preferably in fintech / BFSI / SaaS.
  • Meta Blueprint / LinkedIn Ads certification preferred.
  • Education qualification : - Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
