We are looking for a qualified Class 2 Boiler Operator to operate and maintain boilers. The candidate must follow safety standards, perform routine checks, and ensure uninterrupted steam supply for production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain wood/coal-fired boiler as per safety standards.
  • Monitor steam pressure, water levels, and fuel feeding.
  • Perform routine inspection, cleaning, ash removal, and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain logbooks for pressure, temperature, water level, and fuel usage.
  • Handle start-up, shut-down, and emergency procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with boiler rules, safety norms, and statutory regulations.
  • Manage and supervise wood/coal handling and storage.
  • Report any faults or abnormalities to the maintenance team.

Qualification:

Class 2 Boiler Operator Certificate

Experience:

Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience operating boilers
