Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensuring 99.5% uptime for IT infrastructure & services through monitoring systems, health checks, capacity utilization, etc
- Providing prompt Support to VIP Users
- Provide technical direction and guidance to the IT team, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and objectives
- Mentor, coach, and manage the performance of the local IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Manage & Monitor Servers, Networks, CCTV, Video Conferencing, EPBX devices
- Work on Manage Engine Ticketing Software & End Point Central.
- Providing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for system health & plans with timelines on initiatives that are being worked upon
- Procurement by multiple vendor selections and completing the cycle of inward goods acceptance and clearing payment outstanding.
- Work on Microsoft services like O365 email service, AD, Team, Intune etc.
- Escalation points for level one issues ensuring customer satisfaction & speedy resolution
- Understanding businesses' diverse, specific needs and applying IT product knowledge to meet those needs
- Analyse needs in terms of current business obstacles, identify opportunities, and scope potential
- Execute high-quality one-on-one discussions utilizing advanced questioning and influencing skills with business
- Map out the key players for potential technology initiatives and determine/document appropriate strategy
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel internal to the firm & IT vendors/partners
- Products coaching/training of partners, programs, and events. Leads by following IT methodology and best practices
- Proactively prospect in the software domain to create opportunities & interact with top management level
- Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability by maintaining high customer satisfaction per firm standards
- Monitor and work on end-user service delivery and SLA Compliance.
- Promptly respond and resolve incidents reported via email / phone with top prioritization given to senior members of the firm.
- Work and manage the team in desktop, laptops, printer, audio-video conferencing, and network related issues
- Should provide Daily/Weekly Reporting and manage the support team.
- Implement effective IT security applications on systems to ensure the security of data in coordination with the other IT team members.
- Periodic review with end user vendors and negotiate pricing of capital expenses.
- Follow new technology evaluation of laptops, printers, end user applications.
- Supports initiatives that ensure product profitability by maintaining high customer satisfaction per firm standards
- Ensuring 99.5% uptime for IT Network infrastructure & services using monitoring systems, health checks, capacity utilization, report analysis,
- Work on network systems like UTM [Fortinet], switches [Juniper, Brocade, Cisco], DLP, SIEM, VOIP PBX
- Providing plans with timelines on strategic network related initiatives that are being worked upon and daily, weekly, monthly reports for network health,
- Should have infosec aptitude aligned with ISO, SOC, NIST security standards; draft procedures for network hardening, SOP,
- Procurement assistance by multiple vendor evaluation, POC, selection, completing inward goods acceptance, managing implementation,
- Be the escalation point for level two issues to internal customers & manage infosec questionnaires from external clients.
