To achieve this objective, we have set up a new R&D facility and are currently building a team to deliver hardware solutions across electromechanical systems dealing with energy management.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and validate advanced electronic systems and hardware solutions. The ideal candidate shall have 5–8 years of hands-on experience in board-level design, circuit development, and hardware testing for embedded or industrial systems. You will play a key role in driving innovation from concept through production.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, simulate and prototype power electronic circuits and systems, including DC-DC converters, DC-AC inverters, battery energy storage systems and motor drives.

● Design, simulate, and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal electronic circuits.

● Create schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD, EasyEDA etc).

● Component creation (Symbol & Footprint), schematics design, PCB design with experience of working on at least 6-layer PCBs or more ● Conduct component selection, feasibility studies, and design reviews.

● Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.

● Perform hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab instruments.

● Develop and execute test plans, validation protocols, and documentation in compliance with industry standards.

● Support EMC/EMI testing, certification, and reliability analysis.

● Optimize designs for cost, manufacturability, and power efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

●
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

●
5–8 years of experience in electronic hardware design and development.

●
Strong proficiency in schematic capture, PCB design, and hardware debugging.

●
Solid understanding of microcontrollers, power electronics, signal integrity, and embedded system design.

●
Experience with lab testing tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, etc.).

●
Knowledge of hardware communication interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB, Ethernet).

●
Familiarity with EMC/EMI compliance, DFM/DFT principles, and reliability testing.

●
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

●
Experience with IoT hardware, or industrial electronics.

Preferred Skills
:

●
Familiarity with FPGA-based systems or high-speed digital design.

●
Exposure to low-power system design and battery management circuits.

●
Working knowledge of embedded firmware for hardware bring-up and validation.

●
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) and hardware revision control systems.
