We're expanding our Passive Fire & Acoustic Division — and we're looking for a leader who's ready to own results, not just targets.

The Opportunity

We're offering a profit-share leadership position — perfect for someone who wants to run a business vertical with complete P&L responsibility under Falcon's corporate umbrella.

You'll build client relationships, manage sales and applications teams, and drive high-margin growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and project execution end-to-end
  • Drive monthly revenue and profitability targets
  • Supervise sales & application teams
  • Ensure project quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Submit monthly P&L and performance reviews

Rewards & Benefits

Monthly Retainer: (Drawdown will be given which will be deducted from the Quarterly Profit share)

Profit Share: 20% of verified net profit

Bonus: +5% on incremental profit beyond 50 L/month (Invoicing)

Annual Bonus: 5% of verified annual profit after 12 months
