Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves promoting and selling our company's products and services to potential customers, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets. You will also play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise and B2B segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle client queries effectively.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to the management team.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Representative, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
