About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Care Executives to join our Collections team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers regarding overdue credit card payments, explaining repayment options, and assisting them in clearing their dues in a polite and professional manner.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue credit card payments.
  • Clearly communicate with customers regarding their outstanding balance, due days, and consequences of non-payment.
  • Use the approved script while ensuring a professional and courteous tone.
  • Educate customers about late payment charges, interest, and impact on their credit score.
  • Offer customers secure payment options and assist in initiating payment through links or other approved channels.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns with empathy while steering towards payment resolution.
  • Accurately update call outcomes and payment commitments in the system.
  • Follow RBI guidelines, company compliance, and data confidentiality policies.
  • Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language knowledge will be an added advantage).
  • Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
  • Confidence and persistence in outbound calling.
  • Customer-first approach with empathy and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in collections / BPO / outbound calling preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
