Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facade Draftsman located in Kolkata. The Facade Draftsman will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for facade systems, collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and revising drawings based on feedback. The role also involves preparing material take-offs, assisting with project coordination, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software
• Experience in facade design and drafting
• Knowledge of building materials and construction methods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
